Back from Canada after being a panel guess at the Left Coast Crime Convention (LCC 2019). It was great convention and the people of Canada were as welcoming and friendly as always. It was good to revisit our neighbor to the North. It’d been five years since I last took the train there from Portland with good friends, one of whom is not with us anymore.
Walked the entire island of Vancouver with my partner in crime, or so it seemed. Weather was spectacular and the walking was good for the body as well as the soul.
There was a great turnout for the convention, perhaps 250 attendees. Mystery fans, authors, and the general public. The Hyatt Hotel was a great venue and centrally located for ease of enjoying this great city.
Until the next one…
Best, and stay tuned for my next book — River Blues coming soon to a book store near you this summer …
